Early Access Terms for artist accounts, release preparation and internal review.

Last updated October 26, 2026 · Early access

1. The current service

These terms describe the early-access service offered by ODYSTRY LLC at odystry.com. You can create an artist account, prepare releases, upload media, submit for internal review, view feedback and contact support. You must be an adult able to enter agreements where you live, and have authority to act for any artist, label or other business you represent.

This preview is not a music distribution agreement. Submitting or receiving an internal review does not deliver music to Spotify, Apple Music or another service, generate an ISRC/UPC, collect royalties or start a payout. A target date is a request, not a guaranteed release date.

2. Accounts and access

Provide accurate account information, verify your email, keep your password private and use only accounts and files you are authorized to access. Tell support@odystry.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use. Do not impersonate others, attempt to access another artist’s data or interfere with the website.

Artist email/password accounts and the original ChatGPT-connected workspace are separate. Their records are not automatically merged. Founder review and administration require separate authorization; choosing a label workspace or a plan does not grant those permissions.

3. Your music and our limited permission

You retain your ownership in the recordings, compositions, artwork and other material you submit. You are responsible for having permission from all relevant rights holders, including for samples, beats, performances, images and credits. Do not upload infringing, unlawful, deceptive or malicious material.

By providing material for this workspace, you permit ODYSTRY and the providers operating the workspace to store it, make the copies needed to host it, display/play it privately to you and authorized reviewers, and process it for review, support and account notifications. This permission is limited to operating the current service. It does not transfer ownership, grant an exclusive license, authorize marketing use of your music or authorize delivery to streaming platforms. Future distribution requires separate terms and authorization.

4. Uploads, review and changes

The artist workspace currently accepts supported audio up to 50 MB per song and JPEG/PNG artwork up to 8 MB, subject to the technical checks shown in the upload form. Limits may change as the service develops. Keep your own copies of masters, artwork and metadata.

A submission enters internal review. We may request corrections, mark it reviewed or reject material that does not meet the current requirements. Review history records those decisions. If you disagree, use your support request or email us with the release title and the issue so we can review it. An internal review is not a certification of ownership, clearance or compliance with a future store’s requirements.

5. Prices, payments and cancellation

No live subscription is sold through this preview. Displayed monthly/yearly plans are proposals. Saving a plan preference does not create a subscription, authorize a charge or grant a paid entitlement. The founder’s Stripe sandbox uses test payment details and does not activate distribution or real paid access. Never enter a real card in a sandbox test.

Before paid services open, we will provide the applicable price, billing interval, renewal details, scope, mandatory fees, cancellation/refund rules and terms for review before purchase. Those future rules are not supplied by this early-access notice. No live refund or cancellation deadline is created here because live checkout is not open.

6. Notifications and support

Support is available through your account or support@odystry.com. We do not promise 24-hour support or a fixed response time. Selected test accounts can receive automated submission, review and support emails according to their settings. Email providers may delay or filter a message; your account remains the place to check current release status and feedback.

Verification, recovery, security and billing messages are separate from optional release/support update preferences. Do not submit confidential information unrelated to your request or send passwords through support.

7. Trash, closure and content concerns

Moving a release to Trash removes it from normal catalog and review views but retains it and its files for possible restoration as a draft. It does not permanently delete the upload and cannot remove a release from a streaming platform. Contact support to request permanent deletion or account closure; see the privacy policy for retention details.

To report a copyright or other content concern, contact support with your contact information, the material or release you are identifying, your relationship to it and the reason for the concern. We will review the report and may request supporting information or restrict disputed material while reviewing. This contact route is not a claim that we have registered a statutory copyright agent or that a particular legal safe harbor applies.

8. Safety, changes and availability

We may restrict activity or suspend access where reasonably needed to investigate abuse, protect accounts, address a rights dispute, comply with law or maintain the service. Where appropriate and feasible, we will explain the issue and provide a support route for questions. These terms do not establish automatic streaming takedowns or penalties.

The early-access service is still being tested, and features can change or become unavailable. We will communicate material changes as appropriate. Keep independent backups and do not rely on this preview as your only archive or on a target date as a delivery commitment. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

9. Questions and future agreements

Contact support@odystry.com with questions before using a feature you do not understand. These terms address the current preview only. Live subscriptions, distribution permissions, royalty deductions/reporting, artist payouts and store takedowns need their own finalized agreements before those services begin.
